Default Contracting with an H1b Sponsorship Company

My question involves business law in the state of: CA

Greetings. We need to obtain labor from an H1B sponsorship company. This requires establishing a contracting agreement with such a firm that ensures the firm has proper insurances to own liabilities associated with labor in CA (e.g.: workers comp, GL, E &O, etc). Does anyone have any guidance to offer relative to what such a contract should include. We are new to this world of sub-contracting to H1B sponsorship firms. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

    Thank You,

    Lisa

Understand you are asking to participate in illegal activity. H1B is supposed to be to hire people that fill an existing in-house need, not some body shopping contractor.
