I have recently been offered a manager's role with a retail cafe in a regional capacity and I have an arrest with a pretrial diversion.

I completed the program but have not sealed and expunged yet. I was originally (very wrongly) arrested for 3 charges (2 felonies) that were later reduced by the prosecution to one misdemenor (resisting arrest w/o violence) which was the pretrial diversion.

Will this employer find out and exclude me for this? They offered me the job and are doing the bg check and the offer letter. Any input guys?
