Default How Long Does it Take to Evict Somebody from a Rental Property

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California
I was told by a couple of lawyers that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to evict someone who is staying for less than 30 days under a short-term vacation home guest agreement.

What about for let's say a fixed term 90-day vacation stay rental? Is it still the same process and same time that it likely takes to evict?

Your lawyers are the best people to advise you about what is likely to happen in the local courts, but as a general rule the time would be the same.
