My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin

I am on probation until late April at which time my record can be expunged etc. I am on my last week of unemployment benefits. I accepted a job working for a company in town. The day of orientation I received a voicemail from my probation officer saying I had to be at a group meeting tomorrow morning no exceptions. She left me this message knowing that my start date is on that same day and I am to be working from 7-3:30 m-f and some weekends as well. So I quickly called and rescheduled my start date and explained the situation. They we're accommodating this time. But I only get 3 chances miss work or late for work 3 times in 90 days is automatic termination. My probation officer knows this as well. So if her intent is to make me lose my job or if I do lose said job because she is unwilling to work with my work schedule what can I do? I have spoken with her superior previously and was brushed off so filing a complaint will get me nowhere but on her bad side. What can I do to ensure I can keep my job comply with probation etc even though she is knowingly attempting to screw me out of my job? Should I contact a lawyer and if so what does this even fall under? I had thought probation officers we're supposed to keep you out of trouble and help you find work etc. Not attempt to make you lose jobs and spring things on you randomly at a moments notice because it works for them. I have complied fully with my probation and have done all I can to keep my probation officer content I call and leave voicemails regularly updating her on my activities and work inquiries etc. So please help me tell me what my options are. How can I keep my job not violate probation etc at this point?
