There are different levels of service for a DOJ livescan. Firearms clearance needs one level of service, child abuse needs another, etc. It should be a minimal effect, but, there are differing levels of service and sometimes the return won't come back until each database has been checked and cleared.
I wouldn't think so. But, the clearance shouldn't be sent to you, it should be sent to the requesting organization. If they are large or have a huge bureaucracy, it may take time to get to whom it needs to.Do you think it'll go on much longer? I'm eager to start my new job.
