So in 2009 I got hired at Safeway in california but in 2015 I had to quit that job an move to new mexico an I got hired at a hospital but now they are saying that I'm gonna get terminated because they found something on my background check dateing back to 2001 14 1/2 years ago witch was a felony an on the paper it is saying that I have a missing dispostion and when they hired me they had me finger printed on a computer (I'm not sure if that's the background check) and i'm trying to move back to California an wanna get my old job back at Safeway so was woundering if I was gonna have the same problem their as I did at the new mexico hospital even tho safeway doesn't have you do finger prints & I heard that safeway only goes back as far as 10 years an that their looking for things on the background check like saleing to minors & shoplifting .
