Default How Does the Probation Discharge Process Work

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

I was sentenced to Deferred Adjudication in August of 2009 for 6 years, completion date of August 20, 2015. I have completed all the conditions of my probation and (according to my PO) I'm am done with probation and a letter with come from the courts officially saying I've completed my probation. My question is: Am I really complete with my probation? I do not have to report this month... I would like to travel out of state, but do not want to have any issues if something were to happen out of state? Am I technically still on probation until I get that paperwork stating that my probation is complete?

Thank you so much for your time,

    -Bob

When the court issues and enters an order discharging you from probation, you will be discharged from your probation.
