Thank you for referring me this judgement. I have nothing to loose and i would go ahead and file the appeal. Although i am prepared that my chances of winning this battle is very slim. I sincerely appreciate everyone's advice.

p.s. I am actively seeking job if anyone is hiring let me know. I got one more year of college.

All these things kept piling up

This is the problem. If you'd gone in to work one day, and they announced to you that you were going to be one of only six left in the workforce, and that from now on you were going to have to work fifty or more hours a week, and you'd walked off at that time, then you'd have had a much better chance to be approved for unemployment.

That you stayed and stayed and argued and argued, and tolerated and tolerated, and finally quit after this and that and this...it makes you feel much more wronged, and that you must be approved to draw benefits, it's only fair, but in reality, that extraneous stuff only hurts your case. It's like firing someone. If you have two years of first he did this, and then he did a little of this and then he stole money from the candy machine, and then he was rude to a customer...those little scattered misconducts do not make one large clear misconduct reason to fire him.

Deal only with the incident of your boss trying to encourage you to quit, telling you to quit when you attempted to resolve a work hours scheduling situation, and that's your stronger case. You get no extra points for having worked all this over time for so long that you're simply exhausted, or that he's lying. That your employer did this and that and said this and that, it's the old "my boss slapped my face last February, so I quit today." It doesn't make it easy to win approval. You kept working there, after accepting the overtime and working conditions.

That your employer says he does not want you to draw unemployment benefits isn't serious, it isn't a surprise, it is a fact that if you do, it's going to cost him money. The unemployment system always knew he doesn't want you to draw and will do whatever he can to stop you, up to and including encouraging you to quit. It's perfectly okay for him to do that. Or to make things rough on you, if he doesn't like you or you are getting on his nerves so you may think of quitting.

They'll go with the person who is most believable, don't really care that you're telling the truth or he isn't. And they won't listen to much extra evidence that didn't come up during the hearing when you are submitting your appeal for a board of review. But give it a shot.
