Default Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor by Helping Her Run Away

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oklahoma
Okay.. So.. My boyfriend had helped me run away from home; twice. First on August 11, 2015 and then again on August 22, 2015. I am sixteen, my birthday is Oct. 1st && he is 19.
He has two charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He got arrested August 22, 2015. My question is; what does this mean? Will he go to prison? If so, for how long? Or will he only have to sit in county for a couple of months? His disposition date is October 15th, 2015.. The judge handling our case said that it isn't even worth his time, and that he doesn't believe either of us should be charged with anything.. Is that a good or bad thing that he had said that? My boyfriend also talked to the cops as to why he helped me run away, to protect me. && now we have DHS coming into our house && asking me questions.. Will that effect his time in jail at all? (Like how people with drug charges snitch others out to get a less severe charge)
I'm so confused on all of this. If someone could please help me I would really appreciate it.

If he hasn't been in trouble with the law previously, he's probably just looking at probation and no actual jail time.

He can expect a condition of his probation to be to stay away from you, probably with no contact at all allowed.

And he's going to get something on his record that will follow him for a very long time, and will affect his ability to do many things in our society. "Just sitting in county" for a while is still enough to get a criminal charge on his record that may ruin his life. Helping you run away may have seemed like a good idea to him at the time, but it was a very very bad idea in relation to the rest of his life. Do him a great favor and stay strictly away from him until you are no longer jail bait. If you are having problems at home, no 19 year old boy can fix them.
