Default What Are the Consequences of Discharge from Court-Ordered Rehab

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Hampshire

So i am on probation for simple assault, 2 counts I received 2 years probation and a year concurrent suspended sentence.

So I ended up violating probation back in March for a failed drug test, did 35 days in jail and was released on conditional terms that I would complete a 9 month rehab program.

Dumbass me, on Saturday, 5 months into my stay was discharged for
    Failing a breathalyzer test blowing a .09.

I am on my way now to check into another program and will be contacting my probation officer tomorrow. I did not use any drugs so I will pass a drug test.

Does anyone have any idea how this will play out? My lawyer is contacting my Probation tomorrow. Any advice is helpful

Really, there's no way to predict. In part, it will depend on the probation department's policies. In part, it will depend upon the practices and belief of your probation officer. In part, it will depend on the probation officer's impressions of you and the sincerity of your efforts to achieve sobriety. It could also depend on the terms of your sentence.

Your lawyer is the best person to discuss this matter with you.
