Customer Was Accused of Tag Switching

hello, I went to a store yesterday. after trying on 6 clothes. I got two that fits right on me. I return 4 of the items walked around with the two clothes in my hand.. And a lady approach me that Im ban to go in the store because the see me switching the tag..So I said are you sure it was me? So she said let me see the items that you have so I hand it down to her..And she look at it (the tag are not switch). So I said I want to look at the video. She walk away and I follow her, she went to the back door I did not follow her in their because I was not invited. So I just waited outside. Then a different lady come out and told me they have other things to do and she said we got your picture at the back. So I said I just want to look at the video if its me. She said Im busy just give me your info. so I give her my name my address and phone no.. Im pretty sure I did not switch the tag.
I really feel bad about the incident.
What should I do?
Am gonna expect police knocking at my door?

Seriously -- how can you not know if you switched tags?

Why? If I were wrongly accused of switching tags, I wouldn't feel bad about it at all. I would be annoyed.

If you didn't switch tags, no amount of examination of the video is going to show that you switched the tags. As they apparently decided at the time that the evidence they had was insufficient to initiate charges, it is unlikely that further action will be taken if they don't find more evidence.

If you did switch tags, then you will have to wait and see what happens.

Pardon me with my words. Im 100% I did not switched the tag... Im scared police will come to our house and ask about the incident. Is this possible? This the first time that happened to me.. Should I call the store or should I stay away from that store?

You should just let it go and not shop there anymore. If you are innocent they do not deserve your business.
