Can You Get Child Support Canceled if You're Not Given Visitation

My question involves child support in the State of: non visitation my Husband has been payiny child support to his babymama for 6 years now yes he has missed here anf there but then it comes out of our income tax. Anyways she wil not let him/us have anything to do with the kids its been 6 years and he has a whole othee famiky he doesnt know is their any action thay can be taken against her like canceling support for her actions or signiny rights?! We live in Texas some leads on this would be great to know were not paying for a stranger thanks

Child support is not a ticket for visitation. If your husband wants time with the child, he needs to file with the court to establish visitation.

He will not be signing over any rights, and he will not be canceling child support. End of story.
