    Default What Can You Do if Your Ex- Hacks Your Email

    My question involves defamation in the province of: Ontario.

    I had changed passwords on Facebook and my Email.

    My ex has hacked them both and gone through everything, can I do anything legal ?

    Ontario is not a U.S. state.

    You can (a) report the alleged conduct to the police, (b) sue for whatever wrongful conduct and damages you can prove, and/or (c) consult a Canadian lawyer or legal resource, because no matter how you slice it yours is not a question falling under U.S. law.
