If Bob doesn't have the money to pay an attorney, he can call legal aid and see if he qualifies to see an attorney there. They will decide if he doesn't have the money to pay an attorney or just doesn't want to.

Bob doesn't have to do anything, it was a gift. But if the creator of the trust is alive, and has aligned himself with the rest that want you to give up the car in exchange for remaining on the inheritance, then "bob" has a choice to make. There's nothing to force you to give up the car, but there's nothing to force the creator of the trust to keep you as a beneficiary either. As long as there is an agreement, they can remove you for not giving into their demands.

    Such is life.

Since anybody CAN sue anybody for anything the answer is YES, the family can file a lawsuit against him.

Until he is served a summons and complaint he can choose to flip them off or give them the car. It's up to him.

Id you five in to a demand there is no assurance the maker of the trust IF still alive won't cut you out over some other foolish thing?

The rest of the family, could sue ...but I don't see where they have standing . If Uncle Joe chose to make a bona fide gift to you of a new BMW and a new Rolex....so be it ....now if he was missing his marbles somas to lack mental capacity to make a gift that might be different ..but so far that is not what you post. The trustee is supposed to follow what the trust says and the law says....not the popular vote of some supposed benificaries ..and it's not clear from your post if the maker of the trust is deceased or not. And if the trust is revocable or not revocable . So,far there is a lot of hot air.

Nobody is forcing you to do anything.

If you want to keep the car, keep the car. If you want to give it back, give it back.

If the consequence of keeping the car is that the person who gave you the car removes you as a beneficiary of the trust, then that's the price you accept by choosing to keep the car.

its not by keeping the car its by not surrendering the car title to them. They state it must be in their possesion at all times.
NV DMV States "bob" is the one who should have the title in his possesion as his name is only listed on the paper work from the DMV of NV itself.
If "bob" does not do this then he will be un written from family trust

is bob as dumb as you are? If so, you both need to ask a close friend to be guardian and conservator.
