Again, the woman I dealt with who underwent some sort of episode later had no recollection that she was even in the mall as well - and she maintained that she had stayed home with her baby that day. Obviously, that wasn't true, as she was hauled off from our store by ambulance before regaining her faculties in the hospital.
The difference is, you say you were purchasing things and what not, and apparently having interactions with people. With the woman I dealt with, we received an emergency call asking for an ambulance, because she had been in the middle of purchasing something and suddenly, according to the clerk, she just stopped responding, stopped acknowledging anything, stared off vacantly, and seemed to not be able to hear anything going on around her. When I arrived, that was exactly as I found her as well.
If things are as you say, bring your doctors to court as expert witnesses. I fully acknowledge that your story is POSSIBLE - because when it comes to the mind, there is a lot we don't know. But this will be an uphill climb for you all the way, and the fact that you were buying things, talking to people, concealing merchandise, and signing citations doesn't bode well for you.
