Angry Being Sued After Having Paid in Full

I owed roughly $2000 on an old Credit Card from a few years ago. I set up payments with Wolpoff and Abramson in July and made all the payments. I just finished paying it off. This is about 2 weeks from when I sent them the last payment, and I get a knock on my door. It was a Summons from Wolpoff and Abramson being sued for $1500. WTF?

What do I do at this point? I have 21 days to respond. Who do I respond to? What do I do? Am I going to have to pay court fees for an account that is paid in full? We didn't even reach a settlement. I paid the whole thing, every cent in full.

    Someone please help me.

You answer the lawsuit by filing your paid in full receipt.
