Yes, I am. Honestly, I'm scared there will be retaliation.
Am I able to send you a private message?

Thank you!
The threat that concerns us the most and really scared us both was the following:
The new roommate and her boyfriend, who we still didn't know their names, loudly arrived back to the apartment about 3:30 am and continued making noise and using appliances like the washer and dryer. Both roommate A and myself came out our rooms asking them to be quiet due to we had to get up early for class. I also asked the boyfriend not to touch my laundry again because those are personal items. The boyfriend said you just messed with the wrong Mother F***ing six foot four 260 pound black boyfriend.
I don't know this person and I'm not sure what he's capable of.
I am worried about retaliation. If it was that easy I would of done that. I want to break my lease and move away from there. Were you able to read the message I sent you? It was more in detail to all.
We will go to campus police and report it. We don't even know his name so they will have to go through her. We are just worried about what will be next. I should have the right to be able to live in a peaceful environment. I didn't choose this roommate and her boyfriend. I spoke with the University and they were concerned. I was told I get free legal through the law school. They will meet with me tomorrow. I also spoke with other agencies on campus and they will help us too. We just have to do some legwork.
We are not going to gamble on what he may or may not do after the things he said.
I was just hoping that I could find out easily if all this is grounds to break a lease.
