Quote: We feel that we should have a right to meet with the people accusing us and the parks office, in order to prove these accusations are untrue.
Were not looking to try and sue, it's not about money, but we feel this is a violation of our rights. I have an illness that is affected by stress and this is making it worse.

You have an illness made worse by stress and you want to MEET with the people who are accusing you, and have a big showdown? Boy, that sounds like real stress to me! If this is a "he sez/we sez" situation, nobody is going to be able to PROVE these accusations are untrue, you just want to fight about them.

He received a "notice" today for harassing our neighbors. What did it say? Did it tell him to stop doing it? If he wasn't doing anything in the first place, there should be no problem. If he was doing anything, he needs to stop doing it. Confronting the people he believes have accused him would be a crazy way to solve any issues and would probably get you guys kicked out of the park quicker than anything else you could do. Have absolutely no contact with these people, if they contact you in any way, keep records, and block them or leave the scene. Then no one can accuse you.
