My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: MA

My wife recently accepted a position in FL. We decided that it would be best to be closer to some of her family members that are sick and will need to be taken care of (since she is a nurse, this would be beneficial for her family to have that support). I work in MA in Biotech and I have been having a difficult time finding work down in the area we are going to be living in. I have not given my official notice to my job and I am wondering if someone in my situation (non military) would qualify for UI under the trailing spouse. I am employed full time salary at my current job with benefits. We are planning on moving in a month. What should someone in my situation do?
