Florida Possession Of Canibus Under 20g

This Is My First Time Posting..


I Was In A House And A Cop Came To The Door Banged 3 Times Then Walked In The House With His Gun Drawn. We Did Not Have Any TV On And We Were Not Smoking. Once Inside The House Smelt Of Marijuana And He Saw A Small Blunt So He Insisted On Me Handing It To Him. It Was Not My House, And I Was There With 2 Other Juveniles (17). The Cop Stated There Was Stolen Property In The Backyard. He Let Both Kids Go But I Had Turned 18 The Day Before So He Charged Me With A Misdemeanor For Marijuana Possession. I Did Not Have The Marijuana On Me. Im Not Sure How He Charged Me Because I Was Told By Him To Grab It And It Was In Someone Else's House. He Searched Me And He Would Not Allow Me To Call A Lawyer Or Anything. When Questioned About How He Entered The House, He Replied " Tell Your Mother To Shut The **** Up Before I Arrest All Of You" (Not My Mother). He Wrote Me The Arrest And Told Me To Leave. I Was The Only One Charged And This Is My First Offense.

Im Not Sure What To Do.. I Have Contacted A Lawyer And Have Set Up A Meeting For Monday.

He apparently believed that the marijuana was yours. It's a safe bet you knew it was there, and a pretty safe bet that you had been smoking it, so... work with your lawyer.
