okay
i'd be real suprised if anyone can help me out with this
i don't know what i am
i am 16years old korean male
my parents are both naturalized citizens of us
but they and myself were born in korea
i moved here when i was 9 so does that make me a citizen of us or not
because i think i've learned that i am a citizen if both of my parents are naturalized
but do i have to be 18 for that to be true?
either way i wish to be emancipated
if it was a regular case it would be easy becuase i'd just live w/ my natural mother
when i was 3 my parents split
and i was forced to live w/ my mother
when she couldnt support me i had to live with my father
but while my passport was being made
my parents were both in america my dad remarried
my mohter in korea w/ another family
i lived w/ my grandmother till i was 9 when i got my passport and came to virginia
now i can live w/ my mother or grandmother in korea but i dont know if it will conflict w/ my citizenship
is there any laws that can help me by getting my parents here, my natural father and my stepmother to help me in financials?
not necessary but it would be nice...
