My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oregon
My ex while pregnant sent me a text saying she was going to drive into a tree, then tried to crash into my vehicle while I had a passenger and hit a tree and a fence but she swerved at the last second and didn't hit my vehicle. She was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment 2 counts, reckless driving, and criminal mischief. The next day I got a restraining order against her. Then 2 weeks later her mother called the cops to my house because she told her mother she would kill her self in front of my house but didn't show up. 3 days ago she violated the restraining order and was re-arrested for it. Also 3 months before she was pregnant she tried to slice her wrists, she still has large scar on her wrist from that incident. I have documented proof of these and other past reckless behaviors like driving 100 mph to start an argument with me. She also see a psychiatrist for anger management issues. Does the fact that she tried to injure her unborn child and her self multiple times and other people factor into a custody hearing. I would like to get physical custody of my unborn child after birth. I also don't have a way of finding out when and where she will give birth or a way to establish paternity. So if anyone experienced in these matters can push me in the right direction that would be fantastic.
Thanks for any and all advice.
