How could you POSSIBLY know what IP address a billionaire is using to do ... well, whatever it is you think he's doing with the printout in question. And why would he be doing anything himself when the time spent to annoy or harass you would probably be better spent paying someone else to do it?

You will not find a reputable attorney to take your case. One with a less credible pedigree might be happy to take several thousand dollars from you to do a little research into the issue, but, you're not going to find an attorney who will engage in any lawsuit.

Honestly, when people think they are being stalked by the government or by some high profile or wealthy person and they do not understand why, this is typically a sign of some other underlying issues that require some professional assistance.

    So, good luck.

If you're talking about 192.168.2.3, that's the IP address of your home router.

That he stalks my computer and my phone. He watches every move I make. He put a keystroke logger on my computer and he listens to my phone calls. He has done this for years. The above picture is called a netstat program, it's kind of like hacking your own computer. His IP address is one of the addresses that is always signed onto my computer. I've traced them back to his foundation.

I know that. Some of the foreign addresses are his.

I have hundreds of these reports dating back to 2011 when I figured out how to hack my computer. I have traced the addresses back to a few of his different companies and foundations. He basically controls my computer. I paid for a domain name from GoDaddy a few years ago for a blog to keep a diary of the things that were happening to me and he redirected the IP address to one that he controls so that no one could read it.I have the receipt from where I paid for it and also the information from Robtex about the route it was taking, which disappeared mysteriously, but I printed it before it disappeared. I have years of documentation and I have researched everything that I am talking about to learn how I could catch him. It's a tangled web but I can prove that he has been logged onto my computer since 2011.

Thanks cbg, if you hear of any that want to go after a $300 billionaire let me know

    - - - Updated - - -

Not sure what lawyer fees for a billion $$ case is but it might be worth trolling for.
There is no person in the U.S. with $300 billion of net worth. According to Forbes, the wealthiest person in the U.S. has a net worth of a little more than $79 billion. In any event, what the court awards you in a lawsuit if you win is not based on the wealth (or lack of it) of the defendant. It is based instead on the damages you suffered that you can prove. Your losses wouldn’t be worth anything close to a billion, so you’re not going to make yourself a billionaire out of this even if, by chance, you had a good case to pursue.

If you have good evidence of stalking and some significant provable damages you won’t have trouble finding a lawyer to take the case. Make an appointment with a couple lawyers to discuss the case and your chances of winning.

However, usually it’s a sign of a mental illness when a person makes a claim that the government or some well known person has been stalking them for years in circumstances where there is no apparent reason for it. The fact that you were committed to a mental facility once already suggests that mental illness may be the problem here. People who are mentally ill don’t feel sick and thus it is often hard to convince them they have a problem. You may think the stalking you perceive is real, but it likely isn’t. A mental health professional can help you sort that out.

So your short answer is that there are no IPs on that image that you believe actually belong to the person.

You can look up the IP address of their company. Go to Robtex.com and type in any URL and it gives you all the IP info of anybody, including billionaires. It's computer's 101.

Right -- it's easy to check IPs, which is why you refuse to identify one that you believe belongs to this person lest we point out that it does not, poking a hole in your delusion.

You should schedule follow-up care with your mental health care provider.
