The point you are missing is that there are precious few actual attorneys here, it is mostly volunteers. Well, I guess that should say one of the points you are missing.

What he wants somebody to tell him is that he can ignore the law, but still magically evict his vacation renters even though he has done nothing to avoid their gaining full rights as tenants. Somebody could tell him that, but obviously that person would be wrong.
He's been given the law. The rest is up to him. But yes, if he's too lazy, obtuse or paranoid to get into the business the right way, he should do something else with the property.
