Yes this judge is still on the bench, she might not release jurisdiction since my daughter is now trying to stay in that state and has been there for a month and a half.

So, which states are being discussed?

Sounds on target ..but Id double check a few points with counsel and NOT broadcast my intentions to other parent .

1. In some places local law enforcement may seek to punt unless an out of state order has been formally registered in that state/county.

2. If you give an adversary any advance warning , other posts suggest it is a bit too easy for a parent to get an quick protective order that essentially ices your parental rights until unfrozen by that local court. Just be careful ....
