My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: FL

A special needs young lady (age 12) attends my daycare. I teach her class. Last month, she began her period and soiled her clothes, self, and furniture within my classroom. Mom was called and refused to come remedy the problem until the end of her shift. Yesterday, this young lady again soiled herself and her clothes. Mom was called and informed us that she had left sanitary napkins and a change of clothes, just in case. I was instructed to assist her with changing her clothes and sanitary napkins since she does not posses the self-help skills to even change her pants herself. Honestly, she doesn't even know she is soiled or what is going on. She has been menstruating for about 2 years and this must be her third "accident" at my facility but the first time anyone has been instructed to change her.

Can I be required to do this?! I thought this was the purview of a specialized facility...
