If it was a small town in Florida, they aren't likely to change the extradition status of the warrant. It would cost a lot of money a small town probably doesn't have to come get you in Arizona. If you absconded from probation in Florida, they are not going to now allow you to transfer it to another state now. It also creates another problem for you. The Arizona court will see how you view probation and will probably throw you in jail instead since you could just run on them too. That or they could put you on super intensive probation where your life is either home or work and nothing else, with weekly or more often home visits or required check ins at the probation office.
