My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Wisconsin.
I was in a rocky relationship with my ex, she claimed to have a new boyfriend within 3 days of us fighting, I told her I was driving over to see our son & to talk to her, she did not want to talk when I was there, nor did she let me see our son. I have watched our son since he was born while she works, I've spent more time taking care of him than she has. I love my son to death. It ended up getting physical just before I left, she went to push me away off the porch & I grabbed her arm & moved her back, then I backed down & left. Her mother called the cops, I went to jail & there was a 72 no contact which would have been ok, we both cool off then I watch my son at least while she works, like I have been, she needs me to. But they made it official for the whole court case, I don't have court till the end of August & I cannot have any contact with her whatsoever ! I am still in love with her, but more importantly I love my son..If I cannot get a hold of her in any way, then how can I watch or see my son? Paternity has not been established, we were not married. There was no need before as her & I were on good terms as I was watching him all the time. She didn't want to call the cops, her mother called. We've had a few physical altercations like this recently but it was always her punching me or biting me, anything really. But I never did anything back, nor did I call the cops. We've always made up. I didn't intend to hurt her I just didn't want to get pushed off the porch
Please if you can help me in any way I would appreciate it so much, I have just lost the two people I care most about in my life & I can't even try to apologize or anything at all
