Florida possession under 20g and paraphernalia

Hey,

This is myfirst time posting. But, I was stopped at a light and a bicycle cop tapped on my window and asked me to pull over because she smelt marijuana. I pulled over when the light changed. She asked about searching and I said no. But, they still searched. She asked me many question and I said I wanted to call someone and she wouldn't let me. They gave me the misd. of poss. and misd. of paraphanelia. I have never even been pulled over for speeding, so I have no idea what to expect. I have a very good lawyer, one of the best in town, but haven't had a sit down meeting with him yet. Can you tell me what to expect? I am 22, so not a minor.

After the buzz wears off you may realize that you actually weren't pulled over for speeding!
