My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
I previously have a warrant for failure to appear in a different county I was pulled over for headlight out, I intentional identify myself to the officer different name and give different ID. I was arrested and booked. I had been placed on probation for a period of six months on June 19, 2015 for Failure to identify/ fugitive a class A misdemeanor. With $300 fine $239 costs which it runs $100 a month. My license is expired and I found out I have to pay $648.83 to collection agency to release the hold on my license for failure to appear before I get my license.
My question is
I am required to meet with a probation officer but am nervous that I might get arrested for the failure to appear warrant.
The next issue is on June 23, 2015 (couple days after sentence to probation) I had money stolen from my wallet while at work, I called cops they came and did a little search on all employees and myself. I am currently under care for sever Rheumatoid Arthritis I was not able to pay for my prescription drugs so I had help myself to my brother in-laws meds cabinet and took a muscle relaxer and naproxen pills he gets on a monthly basis from VA (veterans hospital). This medications are prescription for him, I was arrested for the class A misdemeanor of Possession of dangerous drugs. I was detained till a friend bail me out. Now I am being suspended from work for the this charges and I work where it involves prescribe medications.
my question is
Will I be revoked for this new charge?
I have schedule to meet an assigned probation officer in 2 days should I tell him about this new charge?
Thank you for your time.
