Also important is why the court issued the order. For a court to issue an order somebody had to seek said order. That means apparently there was an issue where the city (presumably) sought support in disallowing protesters from assembling in that specific location. While the constitution does give freedom of speech and assembly, there are limits and rules that can be applied to those rights. As is always said; even though you have a freedom of speech, you still cannot yell FIRE in a theater b
