My question involves juvenile law in the State of: North carolina
Hello, im 15 & am dealing with a case from over a year ago and have no prior charges. The charges are for underage drinking and resisting arrest. I am now about 7 months pregnant and my juvenille counselor is coming by for a meeting at my house even though she is not my parole officer yet. My parents told her i was pregnant and now shes asking all sorts of questions like whos the father, how am i going to support myself, how am i going to get to work, etc. Is she allowed to ask about those types of things like whos the father and stuff since it has nothing to do with the court case? I really dont think that it has anything to do with my court case and would rather not talk about it. I also had signed a plea to get a charge dropped my underage drinking charge if i plead guilty to the resisting arrest charge and now they're trying to make me go to counseling for substance abuse but the charge is dropped, can they punish you for a charge that isnt there anymore? Any help is welcomed. Please no critisism.
