    Default Detention With No Probation Revocation Hearing Scheduled

    Mr. Knowitall,

    My son has been in jail 90 days (Madison, Wi) w/out a probation revocation hearing. His court appointed attorney isn't responding to his questions. I want to help him but don't know how to proceed.

    I'm new here...please give me some direction.

    What did he do in order to revoke probation? Was it a new offense?
