My question involves labor and employment law for the state of:
To start off the company I work for pays time and half for working on the holiday and a holiday pay for just the day if worked or not.
My question is this:
I work 52 hours on the a holiday week. This is hours worked. 62 hours total if including the paid holiday. Now I worked 10hrs on the holiday and received my 10hrs of time and a half for that day. The issue I have is that I recieved only 2hrs of OT pay. So the question I have would be am I entitled to 10 more hours of OT?
