Yep, that's her name and I see both her Petit Larceny and her prior criminal reckless driving which she got reduced to simple speeding.
Amazing what details you can get online. That charge must have made a nice 30th birthday present for you Emily. Nice wooded lot you live on. By the way if your PD is Kelly Sprissler, you appear to have an excellent attorney and I'd doubt you'd do better trying to find on on your own.

Except Ms. Sprissler may not work so hard for someone who has said publicly that she (Ms. Sprissler) cuts "shitty" deals.

I don't think she said her PD cuts shitty deals just that she heard PDs do so.

Frankly, I guess she so impressed the judge that the diversion normally offered was not. Maybe the PD can work it out. There's no real "plea bargain" to be had here. Not like there's anything to plead it down to. Virginia doesn't have non-criminal theft or disorderly conduct offenses. I guess PWC might have a local ordinance.

I did not at all say MY pd cuts shitty deals. I didn't even have a pd up until yesterday. I know NOTHING about criminal court and I just need some advice so id appreciate any help I can get. Trying to scare me by letting me know you know where I live is not what I mean by help. I'm sure my lawyer IS excellent and I respect all attorneys.

So why did they not offer you the diversion?

Well they only assigned me an attorney then gave a continuance so I guess that means it was just an arraignment? Therefore not the time for a verdict like that? I have no idea, honestly.

No, there's no "arraignment" in GDC. It would have been your actual trial if you hadn't continued.
If Kelly is indeed your assigned counsel, listen to her. She is absolutely top notch.
