I have worked more than 40 hour/week and filled time-sheet against client. But overtime wages was not reflected in my pay-check. It was adjusted as a bonus in pay-check. In this case, As per labor law, Does overtime wages need to be explicitly reflected in pay-check? If my employer denies to pay the pending bonus amount, is there any legal action can be taken to recover the pending bonus amount? FYI, there is no specific bonus amount mentioned in offer letter.
