Soo my cousin/brother came to the U.S looking for asylum, he is originally from El Salvador and as some people may know the situation over there is pretty bad, he tried to get in the country illegally, but the immigration agency got him, it is his first time that he is trying that, he is barely 18 years old, so when they got him they sent him to GEO Group (it's a jail) and he was there until he had his first court, when he had it he was set free by a judge in Texas with a bailout of $5000 the fun part was that he did not had to pay it until his next court in order to hear the court decision of his petition of asylum, the paper work that the judge gave him clearly says that Time, Date and location will be set soon, it wasn't set yet, but since my cousin's destination was Sacramento, CA the court from Texas sent my cousin's case to San Francisco which is near Sacramento, okay, so he was set free with conditions to live under my other cousin protection and house, so basically my cousin was in charge of my other cousin (the one with the court case) my cousin with the court case had to be reporting to a ICE agent here in Sacramento every Monday which he did, and he did not broke any rules, but then out of nowhere my cousin the one in charge of him tells him that he needs to be in Texas for a court, without a notification letter or anything, and he flew to Texas alone and he went to GEO Group and now they put him in jail again when a judge set him free before, what can we do in this case? Didn't he need a notification letter? Does the decision of the last judge just gets "erased"? Even when that judge set him free? Why did he had to go to Texas when his case was sent to San Francisco so he can go there for his To Be Announced court?
