In MA, SOME employees are due overtime for working on SOME holidays. It is by no means a requirement for all employees or all holidays. Even all Federal holidays. Unless you work in retail, chances are you're not owed anything extra no matter what holiday you work. Tax has provided the link if you want to look for anything specific.
And yes, Ron, when it comes to Blue Laws (and vacation pay at termination, as well), MA is definitely a weird state.
