Getting Emancipated After Being Kicked Out of the Home

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Oregon
HI i am currently 16 (17 in June) and here is my situation, i have maintained a 3.5 GPA throughout high school and am finishing up my junior year right now, and i also have my driving permit (information to prove that i may be mature). On may 19, 2015 my mom and step dad kicked me out of my house for possession of marijuana (less than half a gram), paraphernalia, and my moms expired sudafed. My step dad pulled me out of school early for a fake dentist appointment and took me home with my mom, beat and kicked me out of my house with nothing but the clothes on my back. My step dad has a criminal record, a drinking problem and has been physically abusive to me, my mom, and half brother although he has never been reported or charged because my mom protects him. I am wondering if i will be able to be emancipated and still be supported by parents by law? or if in the end i will have to return to a home i feel unsafe at? i will do anything to not have to return home so what should i do?

No, you have to be able to support yourself to be emancipated. If you cannot, you need to call child protective services and ask for their assistance.

"Emancipated" and "being supported by parents" are mutually exclusive. Emancipation MEANS that you are supporting yourself.

A kid who is using illegal drugs is not going to be emancipated anyway.
