    Default Dropping a Hyphenated Name With Parents in Agreement

    My question involves name change laws in the State of: I live in Illinois my husband and I weren't married yet when we had our son so we hyphenated his name my old last name and his last name now we've been married for quite some time I have my husband's last name and we want to drop my old last name from our sons last name but not sure how to do so
