My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Ohio what can an employee do if one supervisor(1) tells another supervisor(2) an employee did something wrong . That supervisor(2) then confronts the employee with the aligation of the wrong doing the employee then states they did not do the wrong it was the supervisor(1) who did it(the supervisor(1) admits they are the one that did the wrong) when employee reports this to human resourses the employee is then written up for creating a hostile work enviornment.
