    Question Sponsoring a Friend's Visit on a B2 Visa

Hello, I have an Indian friend that wants to come to visit me but I want to know if he would face issues when trying to enter the US.
I live in Florida and I am a lawful US resident. He wants to see the manatees in the Everglades, dolphin-watching, Disneyland, go to the Kennedy Space Center, etc.
I will be taking care of all of his expenses for the length of his stay; however since I work I can only take him sightseeing on weekends, so he needs to stay at least a month to go to all those places.
    He has a 10-year B2 visa already.
Should I send him an I-134 form to present to the border officer?

Thank you very much in advance.

He already has a visa. He needs your contact information only.
