Emancipation With Parental Consent in Kansas

I am 16. i will be 17 on may 14th and living in the state of kansas i was looking into the emancipation process. i would have parental consent. however i do need it to go through so that i can begin renting my own apartment as well as other things for starting my life. i was wondering what the procedure would be as well as if i would be capable of taking out a line of credit while emancipated yet still a minor as well as what other things i would be capable of, is it all of the legalities of an adult or are there still some things that are not covered?
