Default Security Personnel Called a Tenant a "Stupid Hawaiian"

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Hawaii.
This remark was made to my bf by the chief of security after rudely telling him to close our door, he calmly said oh sorry we were just letting the air flow through cause we are cleaning. again rudely expressing herself that she no care why just keep it close, with a cocky attitude. so my bf said to her you no need talk to me like that. She made other rude remarks ending with oh no another stupid Hawaiian I gotta get rid of. Ever since then, Dec 18, 2013, she has harassed us repeatedly, most documented by unwarranted and bogus violations that aren't in the house rules or never did happen, other security guards who felt bad for us gave us copies of the security pass down log because they felt that one day we may need it.from jan. - oct, 2014 this daily log is 90% entries are of us, to reprogram our unit keycards-this was daily for about a months time, trespassed our guests for not being registered, banned us from the garage (which is where our designated trash bin is located so my bf dumps our trash a block n a half away)-because we don't own a vehicle, commanded her team to not accept our mail(if anyone does they will get suspended) an tells the deliverer we don't live here our unit is vacant so our mail gets sent back(I lost my contract merchandising account because I missed the deadline because my assignments I receive by mail got sent back by here), told us we aren't allowed to have guests unless they are on our lease, trespassed my bf from the pub and the entire property for a year with no reason or verbal or written warning, we have been mistreated, taken to court to try to evict us-the judge ruled in our favor deeming the chief of security's testimony was simply not credible. Everything documented we even have a TRO injunction, we initiated because of threats from an extortion letter she left at our door. And there is more. By the way, we live here for 3 years, pay our rent in full on time every month, no complaints from Neighbors or other staff. Can someone please help.

Your boyfriend, of course, can complain to management.

    What is your question?

no response, and I forgot to mention that she cut off our communication with security, management or staff if we go to anyone we will get a violation, we told our landlord/property manager, nothing was done, but now they won't renew our lease because they say we are too much trouble

No and frankly from what you've posted one has to wonder why you'd wish to remain in this rental unit.

It sounds like the desire for you to leave when your lease is up is mutual.
