My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

I'll try to keep this as brief as possible. I have a customer that had missed a scheduled appointment and didn't contact me and I drove to the site. I was supposed to pick up and LCD screen from a warehouse for the customer and install it. After 3 weeks of the customer not picking up the screen and letting the return period expire, the customer stated that they were going to dispute the charges. After discussing it back and forth a bit via text and me telling them that they have the receipt that I gave them in case there were issues and that she should take it up with the LCD company for a warranty return the customer refused and I lost my cool and blew up and texted some petty and ignorant things that I should not have. I was sick that day and let stupid circumstances get the better of me and it ended up that the customer stated they were going to press charges against me for what I assume would be text harassment. I will post the conversation starting from where it deteriorated into mutual idiocy.

My questions are, does it look like it did commit harassment, should I get an attorney, and also, does it look like the customer committed harassment because I repeatedly told them to not contact me anymore and they essentially kept antagonizing the situation and contacting me, and should I file a report against them? As you can see they actually sent more messages than I did and I tried to end the conversation multiple times.

I do not know their last name, however I know their work address. Also, I don't think they know my last name and, though the do know the apartment complex I live in, which is very large, I don't think they know my apartment number. Also, I use google voice so without a subpoena to google I don't think they can associate the number with me. I haven't heard from the police or so far and it's been 3 days. I'm not sure what to do. Can I check somehow if charges have been filed against me, or should I just wait it out and see if anything becomes of her complaint?

Any advice is appreciated.

CUSTOMER: No receipt, disputing charge.

ME: Listen you dumb c***, if I didn't give you a receipt how did you know how much the screen cost? I gave you the f****** receipt yesterday. I specifically gave it to you so that you would have it in case there was a problem. This whole situation is your fault because you're a f****** idiot. Take that LCD screen and shove it up your dumb a**. You can dispute the charge all you want and I'll fight it the whole way.

ME: F*** off and don't ever contact me again.

CUSTOMER: I can't wait to show them this (referring to the credit card company)

CUSTOMER: LOL

CUSTOMER: Thank you.

ME: I really don't care. You're an idiot and this is totally your fault. I'll send you a bill for the delivery yesterday ( I did not charge them previously)

ME: Now don't contact me again.

ME: (at this point I received a message that I thought was from the customer, but it wasn't, and I responded again)
If you don't pay for the delivery I'll report it to your credit agencies. Like I said, stop contacting me.

CUSTOMER: That now is enough messages to press charges , again thanks

ME: Stop contacting me. I will be contacting the police about your repeated harassment if you continue.

CUSTOMER : Already have a complaint filed.

ME: And now so will I. You never requested me to stop contacting you. I repeatedly told you to stop contacting me. DO NOT contact me again.

CUSTOMER: LOL
