Default Can You Get Emancipated if Your Boyfriend Can Support You

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: well to start off with, i am 16 and currently 7 months pregnant. The father of my child lives in nevada, and me... well legally i should live in ohio, but i live in michigan with my mom and her boyfriend. my dad lives in indiana paying child support through ohio. my doctor is in ohio my current address is in ohio, but my mom refuses to change it because shes "scared". i am looking to go about this legally to move to nevada with the father before i am 18. i was currently there for 2 weeks and talked to his parents about it, and cleared everything up, my mother says i can not be with the father and if he wants to be apart of the babys life he needs to move here. being here is not good for either of us, not what i want for my child and no place to look for jobs, my boyfriend has a job i could get one where he works. theres much more to this story.. i just wanted to get the basics out about my mom and what she is doing is definitely not legal... i know im young and everyone will say i need to stay with my mom and i have to cause its what she says, but its not a good environment, we are not stable, she doesn't pay rent, or any bills. i was told by cops in nevada to talk to a judge and tell them what i needed to do to make this work and i dont even know where to begin... please help. thank you.

Emancipation is not an option for you.

A rudimentary education would probably the better idea.

Unless my math is off, you were actually 15 when you fell pregnant, right?

That being the case, your boyfriend may have a committed a crime (depending the details). I'm sure you don't want he and his parents in trouble, right?

That's the choice you made when you became an unwed pregnant teenager.

Emancipation, in the very rare cases when it is available, requires that you be able to support YOURSELF. If you need your boyfriend to help support you, then you do not qualify to be emancipated.

No, they will not make an exception for you.

I'm still wondering if a crime has been committed.

If "the deed" happened in Michigan, these two might have more than a baby to worry about.
