Default Plenary Hearing for Termination of Alimony Without a Lawyer

My question involves a marriage in the state of:NJ
I recently petitioned the court to terminate my alimony obligations to my ex-spouse. I am now disabled due to severe COPD.
I was married for 17 years and divorced and paying alimony for 16 1/2 years to my ex, in the amount of $250 per week. I am no longer able to work due to my COPD and started collecting LTD. My pay is now 1/3 of what is was when I was employed full time.
I received an order from the judge stating I have to attend a plenary hearing to discuss my case. When I filed the original motion to terminate my alimony obligations, I included my CIS as well as letters/medical records from my pulmonologist, and copies of all of my medical bills. I also have custody of my daughter.
I cannot afford an attorney, as I cannot even afford to pay the bills that are stacking up due to my reduced pay.
My question is what can I expect to happen at this hearing and do I need to bring any additional documentation with me?

Take absolutely everything that you think might be relevant with you, including the documents you already submitted to the court. Its better to have way too much with you, rather than not enough.
