    Dear Sir/Madam ,

If Not , what will happen if my new Stamp is denied ?

    Your help is Appreciated

    Default Re: H1b Transfer

Your family may travel with valid stamping and new petition approval notice. Please be correct in stating you have H-1B and family members have H4.

Remember that entry is not guaranteed even with valid visa and supporting documents. While denial of entry is unlikely, the possibility remains. You do not need to be concerned about another stamping until your current one expires unless your current is voided by US immigration officials.
