Okay - but what actually happened in Court?
Were you actually ordered to take the children to the game on your time? Was Dad told he could take them only on his time? Was an alternative parenting plan made? What?

Sorry, I was ordered to take them to all practices and games Yes, since being in extracurricular activities were in the best interest of the child.
The judge didn't care that I was unable to transport them to every game or practice, she said that was my problem. I asked there dad if he could meet me somewhere close but on the bus line to take them to the practices/games that I couldn't during my time, sort of hand them off temporarily during those times but he said to figure it out myself. Then I brought up the fact that they don't even want to be enrolled and he told me I better have them there and hung up.

I initially took him to court for contempt because he refused to meet me halfway for pickup and drop offs, which are ordered. Along with that I requested a modification giving my boyfriend right of first refusal to watch them when I'm in school or work.
Did the court address the Extracurricular Activities while you have them ?
Well, the Judge has made her decision - if you won't send them, you'll be taken back to court on a contempt charge. If it happens often enough you may end up with a far more restricted visitation order.
And that wasn't ordered either, correct?- - - Updated - - -

That one would be sure to raise an eyebrow or two; he's nothing to the children and as a general rule the court expects the other parent to be the one acting on ROFR.
No, that was actually granted. Because he has sporadic hours at work and the court knew that. Plus he was Ok with it.

Couldn't I bring up the fact that the children told, both him and I that they don't want to do sports?
Don't put the children in the middle of this. How old are they?
You got lucky with the ROFR, btw.
Just because a child doesn't want to do sports or other extra activities doesn't mean that it isn't in their best interest. Can you have someone take them ? How do you get to and from work ? Have you looked into getting a vehicle ?
What is the distance involved? How far apart do you and dad live?
