My question involves a child custody case from the State of: ohio
I have a visitation plan with my son and daughters father where I get them every other weekend and 42 consecutive days during the summer. He signed the children up for baseball and softball without my knowledge and I took him to court, where the judge said he didn't need to get my approval, even though it interferes with my parenting time.
My childRen have told me they don't want to do said sports, and want to visit me instead but there practices and game schedules are complete opposite from one another, making it almost impossible to get my time with the. One game and practice is in one location/time, the other a different location/ tone that same day! One of the locations is out in the middle of nowhere, and my ex knows I don't have a car to get her there but doesn't care.
I don't mind them being in sports, but if during my parenting time they don't want to go to a practice or game, can I make them? And if I don't will I be held in contempt?
